My Little Arteest!

I have been studying for a test I have coming up in A&P on Thursday and have been trying to include Kaden as much as possible. So today, he colored...

...and colored...

...and colored.

Here are Mom's and Kaden's homework!

  1. Awww.......have you tried letting him paint yet? I painted with Myla the other day and she spent 45 minutes painting on one piece of paper! Wow! Great way to entertain (a little messy, but just use washable paints). Should I send you some?? :)

  2. You should let him paint with vanilla pudding with a little food color! Thats what we used at the daycare. Then if he eats it its no big deal.
When they were really little (just able to sit up well) I would lightly food color rice baby cereal. It dried into a hard crust, but the parents really got a kick out of it.
Dont forget that colored pencils won't melt in the car and if you cut a full sized one in half and sharpen it again it fits into a small ziplock for traveling. You can also keep the extra half on reserve in case one gets "lost" in the seat. They can be cut in half easily with a serrated knife.
Oh, so many tricks to teach you!!! I can't wait for the next one! :-)
