Needless to say, the Wii is way more aerobic than I expected and after playing hours of tennis and bowling, I hit the elliptical for a half-hour and then was sore for the next two whole days! Makes me realize how out of shape I’ve gotten and made me more encouraged to get my butt on the elliptical more often.
Here is Kaden in his feetie pajamas! Happy clapping baby.
He also got a cool new Cars poster for his room! Here it is!
You will love your Wii. I know we do. Chase is wanting Madden 09 for Christmas so let me know how it is and if a 9 year old can do it.
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous. I want a wii! That is one thing I definitely miss about living in the dorms. We used to play for hours and then be sore the next day. It is way more of a workout than you would think. And the wii fit thing looks really cool.
ReplyDeleteA WII Wow!!
ReplyDeleteNow we have Christmas Ideas!! You might want to try playing the Madden and letting me know if it makes you feel motion sick or not - I have real trouble playing anything that is not 2D. Fortunately my favorite games are 2D and I just don't play (or watch) the other ones. Let me know how the WII fitness is - it is expensive so I wanted to see how someone else liked it first. Don't forget to do the fitess challenge every day on the game you have - and boxing will give you just about as much cardio workout you could want :-) Or is that on the WII sport? Maybe i'm confused...whats new? Wii sports is good too for a workout!
Love, Mamma
I have always wondered why everyone is so excited about this Wii thing! Well, I can see it might involve "exercising" and if that's what it is, well, count me out! I am sore, as if exercising all the time, just working at Wal Hell cashiering!! haha But for those of you who are really committed to losing some pounds, then I admire you for having the wherewithall to do it! (Is that a word?..Sounded good to me!! haha) Love you!! M and P
