New Park.

Yesterday we took Kaden to a new park in town (new to us). It has a huge fence surrounding it so people can’t avoid paying the 1 Dirham entrance fee (a quarter) at the lone entrance. As such we had a horrible time even FINDING the entrance and walked almost all the way around the whole park before finding it. We breezed through without paying as there was no one there to take the money. But the park was much better than the free one we’d been going to. This one had almost no sand, which is awesome for the kid who likes to fall down in sand and then rub his eyes with his sandy hands.

Kaden had a great time while we were there and it was pleasantly warm, but not hot. He got to play in a little house thing and “have tea” in the chair and table that were built for people his size… not Mommy’s size. He also got to try out the swing all by himself and was so brave!

So here are our park pictures!

This is the fountain in the center of the park.

Kaden enjoying the grass!

One of the men who was there kicked a ball over to Kaden and here he is kicking it back!

Riding the seal!

There were some other kids playing there too.

  2. Wow! Karma!!
You used to make me have "tea" almost every day and sometimes our teatime would last hours! you bringing me the fake food and me having to sneak it down my shirt so you thought I really ate it! hahaha! Good Times!!!
    Love you millions!

  3. I love the look of their parks! Lots of open space to play ball - I'm sure Dad and Hayden would love it!
